In general, the treatment given to cookies at the time of the audit is valid except for the appearance of some texts only in English and the reference made in the first layer tab to “privacy and cookies policy” when inside it only links to “cookies” in the second layer and does not include the “cookies policy” directly.  

It is proposed either to maintain the current configuration by removing the mention of the privacy policy or, if not, to link to it, in the second layer, on one side, and including all the texts, at least in Spanish. 

The other option is to adopt the policy described below:

VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE: cookie that tracks the videos visited that are embedded in the website. It has a permanence of approximately 240 days.

Google Analytics Cookies: 

utma: performs the count of how many times a user visits the website. It also records the first and last time the user visited the website. It is a cookie with a 2-year permanence. 
_utmc, _utmb: they calculate when a session has ended. _utmb records the time of arrival on the page while _utmc checks whether to keep the session open or to create a new session. _utmb expires 30 minutes after the last page view record while _utmc is a session variable, so it is automatically deleted when you switch to another website or close the browser.
_utmz: records the origin of the user, as well as the keywords. It has an expiry date of 6 months, although it is renewed each time the website is visited as long as it is not a direct visit.
