What do I do if the wine I receive does not correspond to the one I ordered?
It is very rare that these mistakes happen. And of course we will pick up the wrong shipment and send you the correct one, postage paid by us.

Normally, shipments are very fast, between 24 and 48 working hours. In locations further away from the transport hubs, delivery may take 24 hours longer. During busy periods for transport agencies such as Christmas or Black Friday, shipments may occasionally be delivered a little later. Normally the maximum time until you receive your order is 96 hours.

The wine is presented in a specially protected and carefully packed box to protect the bottles during transport and minimise the possibility of breakage.
