The Purity of Terroir

THE ESSENCE OF OUR WINES

For us there is one thing that comes first when it comes to making a wine. In our case it is the grape, and this comes from the terroir, which is why we attach so much importance to the purity of the terroir.

At Bodegas Tamaral we make 100% of our production with Tempranillo grapes, from different plots and conditions. Our aim is to see how different factors affect the same grape, the type of soil, the type of vine, the type of climate, the altitude, etc. That is why we determine in detail the plots from which we obtain the grapes for each of the wines. For example, the grapes used to make Tamaral Crianza are not the same as those used to make Tamaral Finca La Mira, as they come from different vineyards and plots. Without going into the method of elaboration of each of the wines.

Next, we will tell you more about each of our wines, as well as those we make in other regions, their possible pairings and their tasting notes.
